Examples

Vhils | Artistic installation 

Alexandre Farto, better known as Vhils, presented his first solo exhibition “Dissecação” at Museu da Eletricidade, in Lisbon, and we were part of this project!

Vhils dissected an old carriage from Lisbom Metropolitan and we supported the production of this artistic installation. 

JDeus | Machine

The companyJDeus, from Denso Group, gave us the challenge of building a machine and line to automate the process of manufacturing intercoolers, with the goal of reducing cycle time and human intervention and increasing the quality of the final product.
And we did it!

Freeport de Alcochete | Metallic structure

The manufacture and assembly of the sphere constructed for the Freeport in Alcochete were executed by us.

This work was built in steel with a weight of approximately 55 tons.

The structure is supported by three steel pillars with an interception on the building without efforts release.

Cutting and bending

At RARI, we have a punching machine with different cutting/drilling tools that allow us to obtain a wide range of dimensions and geometries. In addition to punching,
we have 2D, 3D and plasma cutting machines.

Welding

We have solutions of ferrous and non-ferrous welding that allow to obtain a trustable quality result in terms of fixing.

Surface treatment

At RARI, we offer a broad range of surface treatment types, namely electrostatic painting, liquid painting, bi-chromatization without hexavalent chromium, oxidation in cold black, blasting with glass beads and steel blasting.

Assembly

We have a coordinated assembly line that guarantees the viability of the projects, with maximum security and strictness regarding the final deadlines.

Machining

Our machines include conventional lathes and milling cutters, as well as CNC machines.
We also have a large cutter for machining welded structures.

Logistcs

At RARI, we guarantee a complete packaging and logistics service, according to our customers’ needs.
